Ingredients

  • Rice vermicelli noodles: 4 oz (optional, cooked according to package instructions)
  • Lettuce leaves: 4-6 large leaves (butter or romaine)
  • Carrots: 1 medium, julienned
  • Cucumbers: 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper: 1 medium, julienned (any color)
  • Fresh herbs:
    • Thai basil: A handful
    • Mint: A handful
    • Cilantro: A handful

For the Dipping Sauce

  • Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar: 1-2 tbsp
