Everything you need, from installing the app to getting your discount at checkout. Offers are for online orders through Mate Food App only.
Install the Mate App
Open our Mate App install page on your phone. Choose the instructions for your device:
🤖 Android
- Open the page in Google Chrome.
- Tap Install Mate Food App, or open Chrome's ⋮ menu.
- Choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
🍎 iPhone
- Open the page in Safari.
- Tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Turn on Open as Web App if shown, then tap Add.
Turn on offer notifications
Open Mate from your phone's Home Screen. When you see Get Mate offers, tap Enable notifications, then Allow when your phone asks for permission.
Missed the popup? Open More → Notification settings inside Mate App and enable notifications there. iPhone web push requires iOS 16.4 or later and an installed Home Screen web app. You can receive offers only after giving permission.
Copy a promo code
In Mate App, go to More → Special offers. Choose a promotion that is still valid. If it includes a code, tap Copy code on the offer page.
Apply your code at checkout
- Browse the Menu, choose your dishes and add them to the cart.
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Find Have a coupon? or Add a coupon, then paste your code.
- Tap Apply coupon. Make sure the discount appears in your order total before placing your order.
App-exclusive promotion policy: Offers are valid only for online orders placed through the Mate Food App, unless the individual offer explicitly says otherwise. Offers are subject to their stated terms, expiry dates and eligibility. Not every offer includes a coupon code. A listed promotion does not automatically reduce the checkout total; a valid WooCommerce coupon must be available and successfully applied. If you need help, contact Mate Restaurant.
