- 300 g (10.5 oz) morning glory (water spinach), trimmed and washed
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 teaspoons soy sauce gluten free from coconut, oyster sauce gluten free homemade ( Gluten free Bean sauce for vegetarian options)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sliced red chili or bird’s eye chili (optional, for heat)
